Well, well, well, I think I may have found the combo that works for me. After days of losing only .5 lb. each day then yesterday’s gain of .5 lb. had me uber depressed. I am so sick of the food, and I have little options b/c of being a kind of picky eater. I did some digging b/c I refused to have another dinner like I did yesterday, I was crying while I ate it b/c I just didn’t like the smell, taste or feel of eating it. It was sad that I could “no longer” enjoy what I was eating. I think I hit my lowest point and decided I needed to find other recipes b/c I already tried the ones off this site that I would like. I needed a change. I also decided that I need to drink at least 4.5 – 5 of my bottles of water. I had been drinking 4 but I was determined to see a loss today, so I drank more. It is amazing what happens when you follow protocol and drink a TON of water. I swear by the end of the day my eyeballs were floating around in my head. Hahaha!
So, without further ado, I lost 3 lbs. this morning! I know that is not average, but it was a nice welcome change after having such a poor week so far. It helped me hit my 2nd goal of hitting 20 lbs. loss. As of today, I am down 21.5 lbs. and loving it. I am bound and determined to get thru this. I apologize that the last few posts were “depressor”, but I figure it shows what I am really going thru and if people that are looking on the site wondering if they should do this. I think it shows the truth of what is going on during the diet. But so far it has been worth it. Being only at day 18 and being down 21.5 lbs. is amazing. It is hard as I always say but if this is the toughest thing, I have to do to get back to a healthy weight then I will persevere! Have a great weekend everyone.
