So, I made it very well yesterday. I kept a positive attitude and kept to protocol. I woke up this morning and lost another .5lbs. I am slightly disappointed but then I think, “you just lost 12 lbs. in one week!” Way to go! I feel great, still struggle with cravings but it is nice to have my mom doing it with me and the support of this web page and the Facebook site as well.

I truly am happy and feel blessed to have this work for me and for me to have my mind set to it. I hate to always sound so upbeat, but I am determined to make this work and saying as such will keep me positive on the hard days. Thank you for following my blog.
