So, I seem to have a small stall. I didn’t lose anything today but at least I stayed the same. At first, I had a hard time with it then I thought “what about the 11.5 lbs. you have lost already?” And yes, what I have lost already is worth it. No need to feel like I haven’t done well. Today is a new day and I will get past this. I think maybe I did too much walking yesterday, spent all afternoon out shopping and getting errands done.

But as I said, today is a new day and I am determined to lose the rest of my weight. I know I can do this but there definitely is no sugar coating the fact that it is hard. Trying to stay out of my head is proving the hardest but that is part of this program in my mind. Retrain your brain to think, just because I am craving it doesn’t mean I HAVE to have it. I know tomorrow will be better.
