Well, what a morning. I woke up to a .5 lb. loss which is nice b/c every loss is a good one. But then I check my email and my brother in Hawaii sent me an email last night while we were sleeping. He wanted to tell me about the tsunami and that he loves me and didn’t want to wake us and the baby up so he would call once he was able to this afternoon, as long as they get the phones back up.

So originally, I was kind of bummed about a little loss and kept telling myself to remember that I didn’t drink all my water last night which would affect it. But now it seems so small compared to me waiting patiently for the phone call from my brother. I am just not able to think about anything else so I am sorry this blog isn’t very informative, but I will call it good for today. Please pray he is OK.
