Avoid Winter Colds All Together

There are several things that you can do regularly to help keep your body strong and healthy to avoid getting a winter cold.  When avoiding colds, it is common knowledge that washing hands regularly will help, but did you know that drinking plenty of water will also help you to avoid getting sick?
