Day 2

• Sweet and spicy chicken wraps. (recipe provided)
Snack 2:
• Melba toast.
Dinner:
• Blackened chicken salad with Melba toast. (recipe provided)
Snack 3:
• Do not eat 3 hours before bed.
Day 3
Breakfast:
• Coffee and tea. Drink water throughout the day, making notes in the food journal of how much is consumed.
Snack 1:
• Strawberries.
Lunch:
• Melba delight. (recipe provided)
Snack 2:
• Orange with Melba toast.
Dinner:
• Cucumber dill salad with cinnamon beef. (recipe provided)
Snack 3:
• Do not eat 3 hours before bed.
