These HCG Diet Dessert Recipes Are Too Good To Be True
Just because you are on the HCG diet, doesn’t mean you have to starve yourself. There are plenty of recipes out there to help you spice up your diet so you don’t get bored. But what happens when you have a sweet tooth that just can’t be satisfied? Well here is a quick & easy HCG Dessert recipe.
HCG Dessert Recipe: Friendly Pie
1 apple or a handful of strawberries (approximately 10 medium ones)
¼ tsp cinnamon
Few drops of Vanilla Crème stevia
1 piece of Melba toast
Cut apples or strawberries into slices. Place in a saucepan on medium heat and sprinkle with cinnamon. Add a little water to the pan and simmer until the fruit is soft. Then add a few drops of Vanilla Crème stevia and top with crushed Melba toast.
Serving Size – 1 Fruit, 1 Melba toast
HCG Dessert Recipe: Broiled Cinnamon Grapefruit
Cinnamon to taste (optional)
Take a grapefruit spoon and go around the inside peel of the grapefruit so that it cuts out the grapefruit from the peel. Separate the sections and place in a bowl. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Toss coating the grapefruit with cinnamon. Return grapefruit back to the peel. Broil for about 3-5 minutes.
Serving Size – 1 Fruit
If you get your sweet tooth craving towards the end of the night, try a delicious HCG dessert. Try not to eat about 3 hours before bed though, so if you go to bed around 10pm, have all of your food eaten by 7pm. If you tend to get cravings closer to bedtime, try a cup of tea instead of food. Chamomile tea is great for helping with cravings, hunger, and it can also help with sleep. If you feel hunger coming on, try drinking 8oz of water. This will help with cravings and hunger, especially before bed!
