HCG diet drops weight loss motivation

I cannot believe that I have almost hit the minimum protocol amount of days to be on the drops,with no cheating AND 0.2 lbs from the 20 lb mark!

This is the first diet I have ever tried that I have been successful at on so many levels.   The 3rd & 4th day on the VLCD were a struggle but other than that I have felt great, I’ve lost weight and inches, and I’ve learned to cook healthy.  I have always struggled in the kitchen, now I have more confidence and I’m not afraid to put in the little extra effort to prepare healthy meals.   I’m already getting a little nervous for the next phase; I can’t believe that I’m actually afraid to eat more than 500 calories a day.

To help occupy my time over the weekend, I’m going to start making notes and lists to help calm my nerves.  I am looking forward to not having to wear gloves, especially when I have to change my son’s diaper or give him baths.  He detests the gloves, every time he sees me start to put them on he says, “Momma, I want your hands.”  He’s smart for a 2 year old; he tries to hand me his food when I don’t have my gloves on…he probably does this because he gets a kick out of my frightened reaction.  LOL
