Weight Loss 0.6 lbs R1P2D27 [Jennifer’s HCG Journey]

I woke up this morning and decided that yesterday was my last day on drops.  I’m ready to move onto Phase 3.  With upcoming events, weddings, vacation, family gatherings, it is time to move on.  I plan on doing another round in a few months to get rid of the last 10 lbs, which would put me at what I weighed in high school.

 

It feels weird not having a timer go off to remind me to take my drops.  I found some “HCG Friends” on the facebook page that are starting Phase 3 as well so that will definitely help me on my next step.  I’m nervous but I’m ready.  The next three days I plan on putting a grocery list together, compiling recipes and preparing a schedule/game plan to help with my next step.  Today, being my first day without drops and still eating a VLCD, I’m pleasantly surprised that I’m not hungry; I hope the last two days on the VLCD will be like today.

 

Reflecting I can’t believe I’m  over 21 lbs lighter and wearing jeans that were too tight even before I got pregnant 2  ½ years ago.  I only measure once a week (I will again on Monday) but I can tell already that I have lost more inches since the last time I measured…I have a waist again! I am so thankful that I discovered yourHCG!
