I met another milestone; I made it the minimum amount of protocol days!  Yahoo!    I tried eggs with some onions for lunch and it filled me up and gave me a boost of energy.  It was the first time I tried eggs on this diet and I’m glad I decided to try it.  I sautéed some onions in a pan with a little bit of water and then added the 1 whole egg & 3 egg whites.  I seasoned the scrambled eggs with sea salt, black pepper & a little bit of Frank’s hot sauce.  Yum!

Making it through the weekend is always a bit of a struggle mentally but once again I my willpower pulled me through.  I realized it has been a few days since taking a detox bath so I did that before bed and it was so relaxing.  LOVE LOVE LOVE Detox Baths!

Oh my, a slow start to this morning, TOM arrived in full force this morning.  I’ve always had terrible TOM’s thanks to my endo, but I’m not craving salt or chocolate like I usually do.  I didn’t have a loss but I didn’t have a gain which is great since usually this time of the month I always gain a few pounds of water weight.  I still feel bloated though so it’s been a little bit of a struggle this morning to drink water, but I’m forcing it down.  I took my pictures and measurements this morning despite starting TOM and feeling bloated, crampy & blah!!!  To my surprise, despite TOM, my measurements showed that I have lost 15.5 inches!

My pictures might not show a big difference from last Monday but I am excited because during TOM I normally have what looks like a basketball in my stomach, kind of like my first picture that was taken the day after loading.  Well I am off to try and conquer the day, I’m so looking forward to seeing what happens after TOM and if my body catches up on the scale.
