And of course, to help kids lose weight, encourage physical activity. Limit the amount of time they are allowed to sit in front of the tv or play video games. Encourage your children to ride bikes or go for a walk as a family after dinner. Doing these simple things can help to slim down your child and create healthy habits that will be beneficial well into adulthood and may prevent the need for diets such as HCG in future.
