Maintenance Day Twenty One HCG

All I can say is wow. I have still been able to completely maintain my LDW. I know it isn’t completely to protocol but I have been slowly adding in carbs and other “processed” foods such as pre made dressings and shredded cheeses. I told myself that while doing that if I ever showed a gain then I would quit and add it in later. I started exercising lightly this week and I love it. I am loving this and it is becoming very easy to keep this up. I am looking forward to see how much I can loose after maintenance is over and be a lighter, skinnier me this summer. I am declaring this my summer of fun with all the activities I have planned and being lighter so watch out world! Remember, even if you are just starting this, keep to protocol during phase 2 (no cheating) and monitor what you eat every day and how much water you are getting and it will work for you. It is very hard mentally but it puts you in a better spot mentally after you are done. I hate to say this but it is a “miracle” diet that works and I know. My aunt lost over 100 pounds in 9 months and has been maintaining for many months now. I love it.
