HCG Diet Tip #1: Learn how to motivate yourself.
This is an important one not only for the HCG diet weight loss, but most areas of your life. The world usually won’t come around to you to motivate yourself, so self motivation is a must. If you wait and procrastinate you might be waiting a very long time, possibly until it’s too late. If you haven’t already done so, don’t wait to hit rock bottom such as a heart attack, stroke, diabetic complication, etc. Make the first plunge. Get up and do it and don’t let anything get in your way! No matter how hard. JUST GET UP AND DO IT! Right now, literally stand up, march in place for a few seconds and say, “I am going to lose weight!” Now say it again louder! GET UP NOW AND DO IT! Figure out what it takes to motivate yourself as everyone requires different motivation. Yes, losing weight on the HCG diet is fairly easy, but it still will require a commitment on your end. Whenever you feel down or bored, re-read this paragraph. Another HCG Diet tip to help with motivation is to keep a list of the reasons you want to lose weight and how you feel when you were/are at your heaviest.
HCG Diet Tip number Two: Staying Motivated!
So now that you’ve learned how to begin motivating yourself, now let’s learn how to STAY motivated on the HCG diet when you want to cheat. Everyone is different as requires different motivation. Whatever it took you to finally decide “THAT’S IT! I’VE HAD ENOUGH!” and do something about your weight is what you need to keep thinking every time you get off course or unmotivated. This may also include looking at old photo’s of yourself before you gained weight or referring to that list you made on how you felt when at your heaviest. Think about some of the health issues you may be having that you didn’t use to have such as hurt feet, knees, blood sugar. There is also the self-esteem factor. Think about it…in a very short period of time on the HCG drops, you can wear your favorite piece of clothing. You can be sexy again if you want. Time flies and regardless of how small or big your goal is, it will be here before you know it. So just keep moving pushing through the HCG diet. It will be worth it!
HCG Diet Tip number Three: Persevere
Don’t give up. Keep pushing and keep fighting. No words in the blog will describe the feeling you will have when you reach your weight loss goal. Remember with HCG diet weight loss and the majority of bad habits with life in general, cravings are temporary, typically only a few minutes is all. Whenever you have any kind of temptation, remember it will pass shorty and do whatever it takes to get your mind off of it. We are all human and accidents happens at times, so if you fall off the wagon, get right back on! Don’t have it be an excuse to fall directly into an old lifestyle.
