A Zero Calorie Sugar Alternative Is Finally Here
But what are you supposed to do about sugar? During the first week on the HCG diet, you will start to realize how addicted you have actually become to sugar. Sometimes you will experience minor detox symptoms like stomachaches, headaches, and other side effects that may happen when your body is learning to cope without sugar. You can still have sweet foods while on the HCG diet, you may just need to be creative. Stevia is a delicious sugar alternative. Stevia is the only sweetener that we recommend while on the HCG diet. The reason we do recommend stevia is because it’s an all natural sweetener that is also zero calories! Stevia is a plant that is native to South America. It’s much sweeter than sugar, so only a small amount needs to be used to achieve the same results you get with sugar.
Your HCG now offers 2 types of stevia, because we know that it can sometimes be hard to find. We offer a mouth watering regular stevia along with a delicious and zesty lemon stevia! Both of these sugar alternatives can be used while on the HCG diet.
Here is a great dessert recipe using the sugar alternative, stevia, that is allowed while on the HCG diet!
