HCG Diet Does Not Have to Be Boring

Just because you are on the HCG diet, it doesn’t mean you need to eat bland and boring foods for the whole 23 – 45 days! By adding in new recipes, spicing up your foods, and adding lots of variety to your diet can be a recipe for success! Here is a great HCG Friendly dinner recipe that the whole family will enjoy:

 HCG Diet Dinner Recipe Choices

TERIYAKI CHICKEN:

100 grams boneless, skinless chicken breast

1 TBSP water

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp ground ginger

Juice of ½ lemon

 

In a small bowl, add water, garlic, ginger, and lemon. Add chicken and cover in sauce. Marinate in the fridge for 1 hour. Grill chicken until no longer pink inside.

 

Serve with the following side:

 

TANGY CRUNCHY CABBAGE:

2 c. cabbage, shredded

1/8 c. water

¼ c. apple cider vinegar

Salt & pepper to taste

 

Place all ingredients in a frying pan. Stir constantly until cabbage is at your desired consistency, and then serve!

 

Now that you still have your fruit left for this meal, try making this fabulous dessert:

 HCG Diet Dessert Recipe

VANILLA STRAWBERRY DESSERT:

Handful of strawberries

5 drops Vanilla Crème stevia

8-10 drops Chocolate or Chocolate Raspberry stevia

1 TBSP milk

 

Mix milk, Vanilla Crème stevia, and Chocolate stevia in a bowl. Mix in sliced strawberries and enjoy.

 

For the above meal options, you’ll be having 1 serving of protein, ½ lemon, 1 vegetable, 1 fruit, and 1 TBSP of milk. The items listed above are enough for one meal. If you are making this for multiple people, then add additional servings. Also, don’t forget you still get to eat either the Melba toast or a Grissini breadstick.
