First Week on HCG Diet – 10 lbs. Lost! [Belina’s HCG Journey]

I personally have tried so many different weight loss products, it’s staggering how little weight i didn’t lose but how much money I have spent, only to fail, fail, fail. I finally stumbled across the HCG diet from YourHCG.com , I was VERY skeptical, but I read the discussion boards researched it and read the pound and inches book. I figured it was worth a try, the only thing to lose was the weight.

To be completely honest I had the drops for almost 2 weeks before I felt that I was mentally ready to begin this journey, I knew his was going to change my eating habits FOREVER!  I LOVE FOOD! I have used it as my best friend, my lover, my comforter when everything in life is going wrong. I have always eaten to make myself feel better, well, until the guilt set in again, then I would give up and eat more to comfort my shame. I have been chubby to fat all my life, I was the fat kid at school and high school was brutal. My adult life thus far as been a rollercoaster, weight up and down on various diets. I always worked as a server or a bartender until recently where at age 42 and  I truly believe my weight got me fired from a local lounge… I guess it was kinda a wake up call for me.

 

In preparation for this program I went out and bought a food scale and a weight scale, I have never owned one! The first time I stepped on that scale I cried! It said I was 225 pounds!!!! I figured I was around 200 lbs. but not that high. Obviously I was in complete denile. So my journey began on February 17 2011, the scale read 223.8 lbs. I figured two days of loading up on fattening foods would be a pleasure! But really all I had to do was eat what I would normally eat.

So on February 19th the scale read 225.2 day 1 of the VLCD! I was scared I couldn’t do it, what if I failed… again. But I decided to get stubborn about this I portioned out my proteins and froze them so I couldn’t have an excuse. I removed all unhealthy snacks and junk food from the kitchen, my poor husband who has always loved me just the way I am was a little scared..lol. But he has been pretty good and tolerant.

After 3 days on VLCD i had lost 5 lbs! I was encouraged!  On Feb 22 i took my measurements these were very frightening to me but I will share them with all of you.

Bust – 41 inches

Waist – 40 inches

Hips – 48.5 inches

I also measred my right knee – 20 inches

My right calf – 19 inches

So you can tell I have a huge butt and thighs. but they are slowly going down!! Thanks to Your HCG!!! By day 5 I was at 217.0. That’s 8 POUNDS in 5 days!! I have never seen those kind of results before!!! By day 7, 10 pounds loss! I still have lots to go and I hope you will join me in this journey!!

Yesterday was a very emoitional day for me lots of stress, so much so I couldn’t eat all morning and afternoon, I did manage to eat my protein veggie and fruit  for supper. I also did a detox bath but my weight did go up  I was at 214.8 on the 25th and today it’s at 215.2  so I will increase my water intake and try and get at least one shot glass of ACV in! Hopefully that will bring it down again.
