hcg diet - losing inches

Well I am thrilled, even with a very minor set back, I am down 14 lbs. I am on phase 2 day 8. I weighed in this morning and I didn’t have any lose, so I have increased my water and I am looking forward to what tomorrows weigh in will show me. As for my measurement here are my results after a week:

Arms- 13 inches.           Down .25 inches
Neck- 13 inches.           Down .25 inches
Chest- 39.75 inches.     Down .75 inches
Waist- 40 inches.          Down 1.5 inches
Hips – 45 inches.           Down 2 inches
Thighs- 47 inches.         Down 1 inch

I am really happy for the lose of inches and weight. Everyone out there this can be you too. We all have to be accountable to ourselves when it comes to making the commitment to take on a diet like HCG. I have done others out there and they work, but I didn’t hold myself accountable to making the changes to be healthy. Now that I have a 2 yr old I am doing this for me to be around for him. I use my will power everyday and hold myself accountable. I see the results when I look in the mirror and it makes me want to dig down and keep going.


I remember when I started my first round of HCG last year. It took awhile before I started to see results. It wasn’t until August/September that I really could tell the change.
