Phase 2 (Loading & Low Calorie Diet)

During Phase 2, you will complete both your two loading days along with the low calorie diet. Your HCG recommends doing the low calorie diet for a minimum of 23 days up to 45 days per round. Because the diet can be strict, the items found here will help boost your energy and also give you an alternative to sugar, while following HCG protocol.
