  1. Jennifer says:

Jodi, I’m doing the happy dance on your behalf, way to go!!!

  2. Thanks Jennifer! :)

  3. Pat (Day 12) says:

Good for you Jodi … I need a “pep talk” !!! I have not had a “stall” since starting the diet and now after losing 17# in 13 days I have come to a complete halt for 2 days!!! I have followed the diet protocol to to tee, sometimes not even able to finish all my food. OK… maybe I need to take a deep breath, let it out, relax & wait til tomorrow.

  4. Jodi I started keeping up with your blog last night. Today is day#P1 for me this is the first time I have tried this diet. Reading your blogs has been such an inspiration to me I wish you the best and hope that I can be as sucessful as you have bee. Congratulations.

  5. Stalls are normal. You know this. You are doing great! Keep it up!

They say that 0.5 lbs per day average is about right for woman over the course of protocol, so you are doing better than double that!

I wish I was some kind of expert! I dunno what or why you’re stalling other than it’s probably just your turn.

    Chin up! It’ll pass….

  6. Awww, thanks Keshia! That’s sweet. (Hope the underwear shots on day one didn’t scare you! lol.)

Here’s the thing, you will do as well (if not better) than me. Just stick to protocol. I look at some of the people on fb and think, “Dang. What am I doing wrong? They are losing faster than me! It’s not fair!” (in my best whiny baby voice.)

So I don’t think I am anything other than maybe average !?!?

Keep on making comments! I love them! And I want to hear how things are going for you too!
