Yesterday wasn’t hard at all. I forgot to eat my dinner fruit last night, didn’t even think about it til this morning when I woke up. Oh well, there’s nothing I can do about that now.
For those of you out there who are worried about starving while on the VLCD (very low calorie diet) I would like to assure you, you won’t.
TIP: Set alarms on your cell phone (or whatever you have that will chirp at you) to remind you to take your drops and eat. I have done this for the past couple days and it is helping me be more consistent. Mine are set as follows:
5:30 am – Get up. I go to the restroom and then weigh in. I start drinking water right after weigh in.
6:30 am – FIRST 6 drops of hcg. 30 minutes later I have some green tea and keep on with the water.
9:30 am – SECOND 6 drops of hcg.
12 noon – Eat lunch.
12:30 pm – THIRD 6 drops of hcg. I wait 30 minutes and then start in on the water again. Somewhere in here (normally around 2 pm, I eat my fruit as a snack.)
3:30 pm – FOURTH 6 drops of hcg.
5:30 pm – Eat dinner.
6:30 pm – FIFTH 6 drops of hcg. I wait 30 minutes and then have my fruit so I am not eating too close to bedtime.
9:30 pm – SIXTH 6 drops of hcg. Bedtime.

Congratulations Jodi on your loss!! You are so right about setting a timer, I have this little pampered chef timer that I use and take with me everywhere. Again, congrats!!!!
Thank you so much! Looking forward to seeing a double digit loss! I think that will be a good milestone motivator for me!
Again, Congrats to you on hitting the twenty pound mark. You gotta get some more pics up for us!
Hi Jody,(Your doing great)
Hey…Makes it SO much easier to have my phone alarm set to all the different times I need to take the drops & eat. I am having a hard time finishing my meals, but I eat what I can.I save my pink grapefruit for my evening treat and it is so sweet and juicy I love it!! (never been a grapefruit lover, but pink ones are wonderful) My rings are spinning around on my fingers now !!
I missed you yesterday… LOVE how you are doing your “name” on here! Mind if I steal the idea from you?
I am having a hellava time finishing meals too..
I was reading this morning and it says if you can’t eat it all, cut melba first, then fruit, then veggies, but make sure you eat your protein!!!
Great job Jodi ,i use my cell for the drop times too! ,never even thought of it for meals..good tip! its so nice to read everyones trials and tribulations,it helps to know one is not alone in this journey!
You will be in the double digits in no time!! and its quite the rush ,I even did a little happy dance when i hit there!!
Cheers girl!
KEEP ON KEEPING ON!!
Belina
Hey Jody….. Go ahead with the “name thing” It just make it easier for me to keep track of what day & poundage I am at !!!(I keep a paper log as well). We are all in this together & want to know every pound we all lose each day. I compare my weight loss to giving birth….. Triplets (5#’s each + 2# water wt.). Crazy me….. Ya gotta keep it fun Right?? Hee Hee !
Thanks Belina! I cannot wait to hit that 10 pound mark! I will do a happy dance too!
That’s cute! Thank goodness there are no diapers this time though! LOL!
Jodi, Thank you for sharing the schedule for taking the hcg. I am new to this product, which I started this week. I will stay on track now with your schedule, because I stay up late working in the house. I drank the water and walked a mile today.
Your SCHEDULE will help me SUCCEED.
