Another full pound is gone. Yesterday was a lot easier than the day before. The feeling of wanting to devour everything in sight was not there! In fact, I had a really hard time eating all of my lunch. I ended up throwing some of it away. I wonder if that’s why I lost “only” 1.0 pounds instead of the 2.2 pounds like the two previous days.
I had shrimp for dinner, and I have been told that shrimp seems to slow you down. (Also, if you buy pre-cooked shrimp, measure out 75 grams instead of 100 grams. I didn’t know that until this cool lady on facebook said something.)
