Day 3, Another .5 lbs. Gone [Jodi's HCG Journey]

Day 3.. Another 1/2 lb. gone? Are you supposed to lose on loading days?

Trust me, I am not complaining! :) I just want to make sure I do this 100% right the whole way through!

So, I have my green tea brewing and I am excited to get going on the low calorie portion of this Round! Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings on the scale pic!

      What is VLCD? I am just checking into this diet and when I read some of the blogs or FB comments, I feel like everyone is speaking in a different language.

    OK…. The day has gone great !! Did a lot of work around the house after supper, so I am feeling a little hungry tonight.I have eaten all my food for the day, so I will just go to bed,read and guzzle some more water down. The sooner I go to bed… the sooner I can jump on that scale in the morning.(Am I crazy or WHAT !!) Hope we all wake up to good news in the morning.

      Hello to all ! I am a ‘Happy Girl” today !!I jumped on the scale this morning and down another 2# !! I have lost close to 14# in 7 days.. I cannot believe it… I have never dropped weight like this before and it is so effortless. My pants already feel looser and my knees feel better too. I am doing all this to have a better quality of life and to have less discomfort in my body. Hope all of you are having a happy day as well. Let’s all stay strong through the week-end

        I was down 2.2 lbs this morning! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this!
        Funny you should say it too, but I couldn’t wait for yesterday to be over so I could jump on the scale this morning!
        Called my friend in MT and she is getting really anxious to be able to start. (She’s waiting on Aunt Flo.)

          Yippee…. on the 2.2 loss….. Just got done with supper.. put some asparagus in the steamer, then put some fish(wrapped in foil)on the side, was done in 10 minutes and pretty darn satisfying as well. I will sign off for the week-end and get back to you on Monday with some “good #’s” (OMG… was that a little confidence detected?!?!?#)

            I am having a little bit of a hard night. I’m not hungry, but I want everything in sight that I can’t have.. LOL! I know it’s my brain playing games with me, but still… Tomorrow when I jump on the scale I know I will be glad I haven’t given in! :)

    Hi! everyone well I just recieved my drops and i am a little nervous, I’m still not sure how to do all this? I know your suppose to eat 3 times a day, but do i just make meals from what is listed on the website? and when do i take all the drops if i’m suppose to take them before meals and I’m only eating 3 times a day and yet taking the drops 6 times a day when do i take the other 3 sessions of drops? it’s so confusing to me can someone please help me?? I’m starting these in the morning and i want to make sure i know what to do i read the website but just not understand it i guess… :( thanks :)
