Wahoo, that’s more like it, 1.6 lbs gone forever!!! Today, I went to the grocery store and bought some shrimp and London broil. I didn’t get a chance to marinate the London broil so I grilled some shrimp on the George Foreman Grill with juice from half a lemon and garlic powder. Fourteen days and all I’ve been eating for my protein is chicken! I’m not a big seafood or fish fan so I was a little apprehensive about the shrimp when I was grilling them but I’m happy to report the shrimp tasted delicious! Thank goodness I have another choice, and I enjoy eating it! Bonus. On a side note, it’s been four days without a BM so smooth move tea will be consumed right before bed. Overall, I’ve been feeling great, my energy level is up and I have not cheated. Today was the first day I was craving a glass of wine but that’s because it’s Friday and my husband was discussing happy hour after a long day at work.

Good Job! Makes you feel preety good about yourself doesn’t it? I need to change my menu also. I have been living on the chicken, turkey, and fish. Im not crazy about spices so I don’t have many options when it comes to changes. But, in the lighter I have only one more week on the diet and I have lost 20 lbs. I am aiming for 4 or 5 more so that I can be a couple of pounds under rather then over. All in all this is one of the only diets that I have lost this amount of weight in such a short time. Hopefully after this week I will be down to 136 lbs. I haven’t seen that in a few years.
Keep up the good work Jen.
Hi Susan, It must feel so good to be near the end of P2! Congratulations on 20 lbs, that is wonderful!! Are you nervous about the next phase? I’m still a little confused about it so as I get closer I’m going to leaning on HCG quite a bit for the answers. Cheers to a successful week!!!
