Weight Loss 0.2 lbs R1P2D25 [Jennifer's HCG Journey]

I’m hanging tough with TOM!  I can’t say it enough how much I LOVE this diet!!  Not only the weight loss, but the life tools it has taught me with cooking healthier and reassuring myself that YES I do have willpower.  When approaching this diet, I had a mindset that I was going to treat it like when I was pregnant.

 

I was always careful with what I ate and put in my body because I was nourishing a little being…on this diet I’m finally taking the time to nourish myself and my soul!  Thank you, yourHCG!

    Ok, I am a total dummy I know but what is TOM? Guessing it’s to do with menstrual cycle…
