Hello to everyone that is joining me on my journey with HCG. My name is Catherine and I love the HCG Diet. I want to let you out there know that I am excited to be doing this and that this is not my first round so I know how difficult this diet can be. So lets see how many pounds I lose on this round and I would love for everyone to send their favorite receipt my way to try.

Well to start, I am on Phase 1, Day 1 loading, I did weigh in this morning at 238 lbs. My goal is to lose 30 lbs this round. I will do my measurements this evening and let everyone know tomorrow what they are. So lets HCG together!

    I have a question… How much weight did you lose on the 1st round, and did you gain any of the weight back?? Best of luck this round.

    Good health!…I start on day six officially and day four with hcg and I lost eight pounds!…Need help or anothe friend and go to my blog anewradiant.com and I am doing it to feel good all the way thru!

  6. Good Luck! I’m thinking about starting another round of hcg. The first time I lost 19 lb. but I still have a ways to go before I reach my goal. Thanks for your post!

    Aren’t loading days crazy? I loaded on Fri and Sat and only gained 3 lbs. I ate everything I could think of, everything I longed for and still held pretty steady. Two days later and I have already lost 3.7 lbs so this is where the fun begins!! I love seeing the scale go down each day =). This is my 2nd round – I started at 235, we are very close in weight. I lost 35 lbs in my 1st round, I am hoping to get below 200 this time. Time will tell. I am very committed to not cheating at all this round since I know how well it works. I am happy to know that there are things about each phase that I like and will look forward to eating. Just finished onion soup for lunch – one of my phase 2 favorites! Got to have Garlic Shrimp with spinach for dinner last night. Mmmm, good!

  9. Hi Catherine, I know it’s been 7 months since I noticed an update. How did you ultimately do when you came off the program. So far in my first week I’ve lost 8 pounds. I know that it will be a miracle if I can make it to the 3rd week. I’ve already screwed up and had more than just one veggie with my salad. Linda
