Belina, is one of our HCG diet customers who has been kind enough to blog about her HCG diet journey and share various HCG diet recipes.  To follow Belina’s HCG journey, please head over to her section of the blog.

Out of all of the HCG diet recipes I’ve tried, I just had to share what I had for lunch today! It was SO GOOD!! It makes you feel as if you are not dieting! To me, it tastes too good to be true.

I was having a sweet, deep fried junk food craving on the HCG diet so I tried the baked onion rings, then I dry fried /steamed my chicken breast and added organic garlic powder and vanilla Stevia. OH MY it tasted just like honey garlic, without all the sticky mess! For my fruit I made a strawberry smoothie! It is great for warm summer days!  Just added a handful of strawberries, they were actually thawed out from the freezer from last years farmers market, some ice and you guessed it Vanilla Stevia and blend it. It is So yummy and very filling, I am still sipping on it as I blog this! = ) Many Kudos to all the Your HCG family for posting delicious recipes!! = ) I enjoy trying a lot of fun recipes, but this is, by far, one of my favorite HCG diet recipes.

HCG Diet Recipes- Baked Onion Rings

Sliced onion rings (allowed amount)
1 grissini bread stick or Melba toast
1 Tbsp milk
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 450.
In a small bowl, add milk, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix to make a batter.
Grind grissini in food processor until it’s powder, then put the breadstick in a separate small bowl.
Place rings in batter bowl and toss to coat fully.
Let the rings sit in the batter for 2-3 min, then toss again.
Dip each ring into the grissini powder by hand. Do it one at a time.
Place on a cookie sheet lined with non-stick aluminum foil.
Cook 6-7 minutes then flip, cooking another 6-7 minutes.
Serve immediately
