Maintenance Day Twenty One HCG

All I can say is wow. I have still been able to completely maintain my LDW. I know it isn’t completely to protocol but I have been slowly adding in carbs and other “processed” foods such as pre made dressings and shredded cheeses. I told myself that while doing that if I ever showed a gain then I would quit and add it in later. I started exercising lightly this week and I love it. I am loving this and it is becoming very easy to keep this up. I am looking forward to see how much I can loose after maintenance is over and be a lighter, skinnier me this summer. I am declaring this my summer of fun with all the activities I have planned and being lighter so watch out world! Remember, even if you are just starting this, keep to protocol during phase 2 (no cheating) and monitor what you eat every day and how much water you are getting and it will work for you. It is very hard mentally but it puts you in a better spot mentally after you are done. I hate to say this but it is a “miracle” diet that works and I know. My aunt lost over 100 pounds in 9 months and has been maintaining for many months now. I love it.

      Has anyone been at a standstill. I’m so bummed. I have been on drops for 25 days, and lost 16 lbs., alot of people are losing 1-2 lbs. a day. Any comments would help thanks everyone and keep up the good work… 🙂

    Well, I made it through Easter without hitch!!!! Waking up this morning & finally hitting 40.2# weight loss made me so happy.

    That is great to hear Pat, I too made it thru easter. Since my mom and I are on maintenance and we have made it past the first 3 weeks we have been adding in a few things here and there. We did go kinda overboard but it was totally worth it and we had that in our mind the whole time. We made easter brunch for everyone so we knew how many calories and stuff were in what we were eating. We made spinach, feta, roasted red pepper quiche and a turkey bacon, cheddar and green bell pepper quiche. Then we had costco muffins ! eek I know but they were AWESOME! and a small slice of ham. I made sure to eat light the rest of the day and only had a small (very small) amount of candy and I am proud of myself. I am proud of you and your accomplishments and man, even after all that food, I am still ready to go back to the gym today 😀 Have a great week.

      OMG… My mouth is watering after hearing some of the foods you can have now !! All in good time for me. It paid off on the scale again this morning, as I had a .4 loss (I deserve it after smelling all that food yesterday!!) Well, lets stay strong and we will be “fit” for the summer months!!!

    Yippy… I have continued to lose weight beyond 60 days and surprising enough, it is coming off as fast as it did in the beginning. In the past 16 days, I have lost 10 lbs !!! I am down 3 sizes and feeling the best I felt in years!! So much energy, good attitude and most of all free of knee pain!! HCG has been the “wonder diet” for me!!

      I am still here but just not as often as I try to get myself back to “normal” as far as adding new foods and starting my exercise regiment. I am finding that fast food is not my friend which sucks but I am restructuring my life to see what works best for me. I have my husband’s birthday party this weekend and that involves a bbq and some beer’s but I will keep it all in perspective. I can do it as long as I watch what I eat/drink and keep my head about me.

    OK …. Yesterday I was up .4lbs (through my own fault) I think having the salad at Qudoba was not so legal, it had a few “No No’s in it!! BUT today is was down .8 lbs, so I lost what I gained and then another .4lbs Yippy Yippy !!! I have gained a whole new knowledge of how to eat and when things go adrift, I can get right back on track and make up for the day before. Well, I am having Mother’s Day next weekend @ my home with 20 family members, so I am making a plan that everyone will have Hamburgers & hot dogs on the grill and I will put a nice chicken breast on for myself. I will have some toppings for the grilled meat(which will be my veggie) and then a nice fruit bowl. Just as long as I have some “legal” items for me I will be fine. The rest of the yummy foods will be on their plates for me to look at but not indulge in, at the end of the day I will walk away with my head held high and the scale showing low !! Hee Hee!!
    OH….. Then there’s the cake!!!! Yikes, that might be a challenge, but I will rise above it and have some strawberries instead, yup, that’s exactly what I will do!!! Everyone have a wonderful weekend. Sorry for jotting so much down, but this blog is my weight therapy for the day, it helps me be accountable to myself or who ever happens to read it, I hope they get inspired to try HCG !!! 🙂 🙂 🙂

    Sorry Belina yeah I deleted a few of them because they were duplicate posts. We actually loved you blogging, but no one seems to be sending them in anymore so we are going to put them on hold for now.

    You’re right Pat we need to have a spot for people to come and talk about their experiences on HCG which is why we’re almost complete with our community forums. Which will allow anyone to talk about their HCG experiences. I will definitely keep you guys in the loop on when this goes live.

    Hey there everyone. It has been a journey but I am coming to the end of my maintenance. I have started going back to the gym, my new obsession is Zumba, and I decided to measure again today since I haven’t since April 17th. I am down another 7 inches all around and total of 27 inches and 29 lbs! I am uber extatic. I am sad to see the blogs go but I know we will always have the facebook site too!     Slow but sure this week…… Took off .4lbs yesterday & today, so not too bad. I am waiting for another 1 lb loss so I can creep closer to the 50lb. weight loss.

        I can’t beleive I got up this morning & forgot to weigh in…. I got dressed to go workout for an hour and left the house totally forgetting about the most important part of my day…..     Had a busy weekend with 2 BIG parties… Had a couple glasses of wine to celebrate my brothers 50th B-day, but stayed on VLCD, when I weighed myself the next day I gained 1 # !!! I must have retained some fluid, as my fingers & hands were swollen the next day!! Boo Hoo…… My first cheating since I started over 2 months ago. OH WELL… back on track now and hope to see that weight gone by tomorrow !! Fingers crossed big time!! How did everyone else do??

      I am very impressed with your weight loss. Is this your first round. I had great success in Round 1 (29 pounds in 42 days), but Round 2, was (12 pounds in 40 days) not as profitable. I wish I had kept going while I was having a losing streak. I just reordered my HCG from Your HCG as I had originally. How much are you going to lose?
