Day 8 [Alesha's HCG Journey]

So I made it very well yesterday. I kept a positive attitude and kept to protocol. I woke up this morning and lost another .5lbs. I am slightly disappointed but then I think, “you just lost 12 lbs in one week!” Way to go! I feel great, still struggle with cravings but it is nice to have my mom doing it with me and the support of this web page and the facebook site as well.

I truly am happy and feel blessed to have this work for me and for me to have my mind set to it. I hate to always sound so upbeat but I am determined to make this work and saying as such will keep me positive on the hard days. Thank you for following my blog.

I am finding it hard to NOT be upbeat! This is pure awesomeness in a bottle!
I was at 8 pounds even gone at my one week mark, so Yahooo to you for getting 12 off! That’s SO awesome!

Thanks Jodi, I know it is so hard not to be upbeat. Even on the days when you don’t loose much. I have a new updated blog for today but it seems like they are not getting posted everyday I send them. I am on day 9 and down 14lbs now. :D Yahoo for you as well. We totally are rocking the weight off.
