Day 30 – I did it! [Alesha's HCG Journey]

Yup, that’s right, I did it. I lost the last 2 lbs I was hoping for to get to where I was last summer breastfeeding. God I feel good and so happy that I start maintenance tomorrow. I cannot wait to hit the gym and go work out, tone up and go swimming. I live to swim and I cannot wait. That and I cannot wait to have my husbands eggs this Sunday, the first day of no VLCD. I plan on watching my calories closely and monitoring my weight. After I am done with the 6 weeks of maintenance I will be starting another round to finish before my summer gets started. I hate to make this short but I have to go to work. I will be measuring myself this afternoon and will report back. Have a wonderful day!

Good job…. I am down another 1.6 lbs this morning!! I was in a 3 day stall, so I went to the club and walked 1 mile & biked 3 miles. I was really exhausted when I got home, but it helped move the scale. I now have .4 lbs before I hit the 30 lbs loss..Yippy
A GOOD DAY TO ALL !!
