Take your children shopping with you and teach them about good food choices and all the variety of fresh produce most grocery stores have to offer. The middle isles are where you’ll usually find all the boxed and processed foods. Instead, stay to the outer edges of the store where you will find all the fresh produce, dairy, meats, and the bakery.
