Try not to eat about 3 hours before bed though, so if you go to bed around 10pm, have all of your food eaten by 7pm. If you tend to get cravings closer to bedtime, try a cup of tea instead of food. Chamomile tea is great for helping with cravings, hunger, and it can also help with sleep. If you feel hunger coming on, try drinking 8oz of water.
