The HCG diet can get boring or redundant rather quickly if you do not use the recipes and meal planner provided. This is because the diet is very specific; there is a food list that must be followed in order to achieve the desired results with the diet process. This is due to how the HCG reacts to certain items such as sugar, starches and oils. The specific list of foods hand selected by Dr. Simeon’s is very balanced, contain wonderful nutrients and will ensure you reach your weight loss goal. When the list is followed you will experience ½ to 2 pounds of weight loss daily!
We provide a 30 day meal planner along with over 200 recipes via the member’s only website. The meal planner will lay out 30 days of the HCG diet. It starts with your two loading days and will list what to eat, it then continues with a full menu for the remaining 28 days. When used, this will provide your body with wonderful variety and creativity with your food choices while maximizing your weight loss potential.
HCG Diet Delicious Dinner Recipe
Grilled garlic chicken and asparagus
100 grams chicken breast
8-10 spears of asparagus
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper -to taste
In a small dish mix; garlic paste, fresh lemon, and salt and pepper. Generously coat chicken and let sit 30 minutes in the fridge. Trim tough ends from the asparagus, season with salt and pepper. Asparagus and chicken will go onto the hot grill at the same time. The asparagus will be placed on the upper rack so it does not burn. Turn both after 3-4 minutes, let cook another 3-4 minutes (chickens internal temp. of 155°F). Let rest 3-5 minutes and serve.
