I find that I’m starving in the morning. Can I have a Whey shake in addition to the lunch and dinner meals?
No, this is designed to replace one serving of protein a day.
What do I mix the protein shake with? Water? It does not say on the label how to mix it?

I bought the whey protein from my doctor yesterday and i was told to just add the water. she also told me since its only 26 grams protein it could a snack.
I have the strawberry flavor and the label says “for best results mix with a beverage with high carbohydrates and take between meals or before or after training” but the recipes say mix with water, so which is it?
