    I began my journey 2 weeks ago. The first 6 days I lost 9 1/2 pounds. Now for the next 6 days I have lost nothing. I am not doing anything different and sticking rigidly to the diet. Does anyone have any suggestions and is that type of a stall normal??? HELP!!!

    When it says 1 egg and three egg whites are acceptable sources of protein, does that mean all together or does it mean you can choose an option, one or the other?
