About HCG Diet Recipes and HCG Diet Tips Book

Author and Your HCG Owner Jamie Edmund wrote, “We really wanted to give the public an inside look into the strategies and recipes that have helped our customers lose weight. Every day, our health coaches field calls from customer’s asking for tips and recipes. We thought, what better way to help others than to take the knowledge we have already given to thousands and make it available in a HCG Recipe book.

In recent months, there has been an influx of HCG recipe books released onto the market. Most aren’t HCG diet protocol compliant and at worst can actually cause customers to gain weight. YourHCG.com ensures that these recipes will keep customers on their HCG VLCD diet plan even going so far as to offer a full refund in the first week if the book doesn’t meet their expectations.

I have read up on the HCG program and am in the process of trying it, in the first 4 days have already gotten rid of over 5 pounds and for me that is a minor miracle as my body has not been wanting to let go of any weight.

All I can say is that I am amazed at the results already and the science behind it.. My blood pressure in 4 days dropped from 152/91 to 123/71……

    Thanks

    Terri

Is this a liquid or pill form? I am on a trial for phenylmine, second day does not really work like it advocates. This I find the problem with a lot of marketing statement out there. With HCG, is there an unreasonable food plan to follow. Since I work, and cannot prepare gourmet or afford it really. Thank you.

you won’t see results in 2 days but IN 4-5 you’ll be pleasantly surprised. The food can be prepared BEFORE work and take it with you. It’s not expensive – it’s totally reasonable. I lost 20lbs and now I want to lose another 15. I heard you really shouldn’t do it for more than 6 weeks at a time because your body gets used to it.
This really works if you follow it and is TOTALLY cost effective.

            are there any side affects?

Does this come with any bathroom issues?
It seems strange to be able to lose so much weight so quickly.

what kind of foods do you have to eat?

            Nancy,
There are no bathroom side effects like an Alli or other fat blocker products.

I had sticky bowel movements, but as long as you take magnesium you will keep everything moving smoothly

Perhaps the drug trial is interfering with the HCG plan. I would check that out with my physician. I believe they warn you about other medication interfering with the plan.

As far as the meals go they can be very simple and then taken to work. I have two friends who have been on HCG for a while and they have both lost over 30 pounds. they just prepare simple meals and have them ready for the next day. It can be really simple. If they can do it so can we! Check out your trial med. and see what the Dr. says. I don’t have gourmet mails. just simple meals and snacks at certain times. Good luck to you. I know you can do it. After a few day you are not even hungry. Karen

As a vegetarian, how can I eat the protein required w/o meat? You remove grains, and dairy makes too much mucus! I know I can eat eggs, but how about tofu? Protein & is easily digested. Most of aft is around my middle! Like, where else does it go but there????

They have a Whey Protein Shake now. I’ve been thinking about trying it. I don’t think you can have eggs. I would ask a counselor, I’m only on day 4.

I haven’t been hungry at all!! I had to remind myself to eat yesterday. Yay Me! My mom flaunted her holiday party leftovers and I didn’t cave in! even when she started licking her fork. lol

There are other places that fat goes… My thighs are huge! Can’t suck them in for picture day at all.

      Good luck Ann!!

I hate drinking water, but I have learned that it is very important in a couple of days of doing this plan.

HI, I’M JUST NOT SURE???? I HAVE FRIENDS THAT HAVE HAD GREAT SUCCESS WITH THE HCG DIET. I ASK MY DR. ABOUT IT AND SHE SAID THAT THERE IS NO LONG TERM PROOF THAT IT IS SAFE. I ALSO TAKE SOME MEDICATION WHICH IS: METFORMIN FOR BLOOD SUGAR, CRESTOR FOR HIGH CHOLESTROL AND LISINPRIL FOR BLOOD PRESSURE. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THE HCG INTERFERES WITH ANY OF THESE AND I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO BE OFF THIS MEDICATION SINCE TAKING SOME OF IT HAS TO DO WITH BEING ABOUT 40 POUNDS OVERWEIGHT. DO YOU HAVE ANY ANSWERS FOR ME? THANKS, KAREN

I just bought my hcg and can’t wait to start. I have read many posts and was wondering myself about the protein shakes? Anybody know anything about these? I would like to try to have a shake once in a while to change things up a bit. Also I keep seeing references to recipes but I haven’t found any, anyone know where to loo? Thanks and good luck to everyone!

I am three weeks into my first maintenance. I have lost 32 lbs. on the first phase, and I am looking forward (can you believe it) to finishing maintenance and going back on the drops. I am going to be 57 years old next month and I never thought I would be able to lose all this weight and keep it off. I know now that by the end of the year, I will be “sitting pretty”.
