I want to ask about its side effect like headaches, mood swings, depression, blood clots, confusion, and dizziness.

What you think about its adverse effect and after such complication we should recommend this diet plan.

Hi Ravi – We always recommend that you consult your physician before starting any new diet program, not just the HCG diet. Headaches and mood swings can happen, but it is usually from your body detoxing during the first week or so. We have not had any issues with blood clots, depression, confusion, or dizziness with the HCG drops.
