Can Men Succesfully Do the HCG Diet

HCG stands for Human Chorionic Gonadatropin. It is a hormone naturally produced by pregnant women which allows your body to pull additional calories from your excess fat when combined with a low calorie diet.  Although it is a hormone naturally produced by women the diet can be used by men as well.  In fact, men lose weight twice as quickly as women when dieting following the HCG Diet.

How Men Can Do The HCG Diet

Because HCG allows your body to pull additional calories from your abnormal or excess fat both men and women can follow the exact same protocol. Men do not need to adjust for higher calories because they will simply pull more calories from their fat.  Women consume an average of 1500 to 2500 calories per day whereas men consume 2500 to 4500 calories per day.  When following Dr. Simeons’ original diet protocol you consume 500 calories or fewer regardless of gender.  Your body will continue two consume as many calories as it requires while on the diet, only 500 will come from food and the other 1,000 to 4,000 calories will come from your excess fat.  Which is why you will not be weak, hungry or tired on such a low calorie diet.  It also explains why men lose twice as much weight on average, as women do when following the same diet.

The Your HCG hormone free formula works with your endocrine system and causes your pituitary glands to produce your own human chorionic gonadatropin regardless of gender.  The diet remains the same, as do the results because you are still losing weight because of HCG but instead of introducing someone else’s hormone to your system your body will produce it’s own.  Average weight loss is the same as with product containing the hormone, however you may have fewer fluctuations in your weight loss because your body responds to your own hormone more naturally for both men and women.

Men Can Do The HCG Diet

Men often worry that they will experience symptoms of pregnancy when following the HCG diet and this is simply not true.  The hormone will not cause any pregnancy symptoms other than the ability to supplement your nutrition through your own excess fat.  And because men need more calories than women do on a daily basis men can experience even greater amazing weight loss than women despite HCG being a female hormone
