    I’ve been considering your HCG program – I have a regular exercise routine of three 60 minute cycling classes per week that burn about 600-700 calories per class in addition to 40 minutes of cardio 2 to 3 times a week. My concern is that I will be burning more then I’m taking in. The exercise is very important to keep my problem knees in check. So my question is on the days that I exercise heavily can I add extra calories from the list of foods that can be eaten?
