HCG Diet Can Prevent Diabetes

How can the HCG diet prevent diabetes?

In response to diabetes.org recent statistics data stating that over 25 million people now have diabetes, Your HCG explains how the HCG diet can prevent diabetes.  According to diabetes.org, diabetes affects 25.8 million people of all ages in the US; 18.8 million are diagnosed while 7.0 million are undiagnosed. That’s 8.3 percent of the US population that has Type 2 Diabetes. The estimated cost of diabetes in 2007 was $174 billion. These numbers are on the rise.  There are certain factors that increase your chance for Type 2 Diabetes including family history, race, age, inactivity, and of course weight. The more fatty tissue one has, the more resistant the body’s cells become to insulin.

How can the HCG diet help?

That being said, the HCG diet can actually help prevent diabetes. Some of the best ways to prevent diabetes is to eat healthy, become active and of course, lose weight. With processed foods more accessible than ever, it makes it very difficult to eat healthy consistently without consuming a large portion of your time. Nobody necessarily enjoys reading labels or counting calories, but when it comes to health sometimes it needs to be done. With any diet, one will want to consult your physician before starting any new diet program.

The HCG diet has been around since the 1950s, and first gained popularity in Europe. The HCG diet helps  lose weight quickly and also helps keep it off while resetting the hypothalamus gland. Any person that has a BMI over 20 can use the HCG diet. While on the HCG diet, the dieter will eat healthy, whole foods that will help you establish new eating habits to help maintain your weight in the future. Your HCG owner Jaime Edmund said, ‘Diabetes is becoming an epidemic in the US. It is now the 7th leading cause of death in the United States. Using HCG to lose weight, along with a healthy diet and exercise afterwards, we believe that we can help lower these numbers.”

History of the HCG diet

While researching the HCG diet and its effects on weight loss, in Dr. Simeon’s Pounds and Inches protocol, he discovered that it could actually help obese patients lose enough weight that they can eventually discontinue their diabetes medications. In Pounds & Inches he stated, ‘In an obese patient suffering from a fairly advanced case of stable diabetes of many years duration in which the blood sugar my range from 3-400 mg%, it is often possible to stop all anti-diabetic medication after the first few days of HCG diet. The blood sugar continues to drop from day to day and often reaches normal values in 2-3 weeks.’ Of course, you’ll always want to consult your physician before discontinuing any prescribed medications and starting the HCG diet.

This is the best diet i have ever come across with, sometimes to people like me going to the gym and doing all the workout it’s kinda hard, but with the HCG Diet i just have to restrict my diet and follow the program. It’s tempting to go off the wagon and eat unhealthy food sometimes, but a little bit of self-discipline it pays off.
