My energy was low yesterday and I was cranky. I have pretty severe cravings all day. BUT…. I lost 1.4 pounds, so I guess it wasn’t that bad! Oh, Last night I booked a Disneyland trip with my kids. I ventured out into the real world with a friend yesterday. It was nice to get out and see and do. Got the boys some BK through the drive thru in between stores and dang. It. Smelled. Yesterday was just a normal run of the mill day. Played in the sunshine with the kids and my new friend and her baby. Energy levels were excellent. Hunger was non-existent. Yesterday wasn’t hard at all. I forgot to eat my dinner fruit last night, didn’t even think about it til this morning when I woke up. Oh well, there’s nothing I can do about that now. Another full pound is gone. Yesterday was a lot easier than the day before. The feeling of wanting to devour everything in sight was not there! In fact, I had a really hard time eating all of my lunch. I ended up throwing some of it away. I wonder if that’s why I lost “only” 1.0 pounds instead of the 2.2 pounds like the two previous days. Yesterday wasn’t hard. I had green tea (plain) and water ’til noon. At that point, I had about a 3 minute period where I was very suddenly VERY hungry. I think it was from smelling lunch cooking. That 3 minute period was repeated at dinner time, but again it wasn’t until I was smelling the food that I felt like that. R1P2D1, did I do that right? LOL! My goal is to lose 100 pounds, retrain my mind and body, and keep it off.
